A completed Building Notification form must be filed at the Town Office prior to starting construction on ALL building projects. All applicable permits (water, electrical, driveway, etc.) will be required in addition to the Building Notification form. The Building Notification form was updated on 09/26/2023. Building Notification Form: $50
Building Notification late application fee: $100
Lot Registration (conforming and non-conforming): $25
Access to Town Roads (aka Driveway Permit): $50
Temporary Access Permit: $25
Address Registration and Certification Form: $25
Borrow Pit Registration: $25
Business Registration: $0 (no fee)
Development Permit, High-Impact: $50 plus $2 per 100 sq ft
Development Permit, Medium-Impact: $50 plus $2 per 100 sq ft
Subdivision, minor
Site Plan Review: $25 plus $1 per 100 sq ft
plus any additional costs to Town
Final Plan Approval: $200
plus any additional costs to Town
Subdivision, major
Preliminary Plan Review: $100 for first lot plus $50 per additional lot
plus $50/lot escrow
plus $20/lot if escrow reduced by 75%
